Originally designed for rigorous freight transport, the internal structure of these containers provides unparalleled durability. The original refrigeration unit is meticulously removed and replaced with a high-quality sandwich panel, creating a fully sealed and insulated environment. Each container boasts 40-80mm of strong urethane insulation on all sides, guaranteeing excellent thermal performance year-round and effectively preventing condensation issues.
The interior surfaces, crafted from stainless steel and aluminum, are not only resistant to moisture and heavy use but also remarkably easy to clean, even with a high-pressure washer. As High Cube (HC) type containers, they offer approximately 30cm more ceiling height than standard models, providing increased internal volume for your goods.
By default, these containers feature a T-grate floor designed to prevent water accumulation by allowing drainage through outlets near the doors and corners. For specific needs, we can also install a level floor, perfect for trolley access. Standard lockable double doors ensure security.
We supply all our 40′ HC Ex-Reefer containers with a light-colored overpainting as standard, with the option to request an exterior color of your choice. Enhance functionality with available extra equipment such as lighting, heating, electrical inlets, and shelving, making this container an excellent foundation for custom modifications.
All our containers are CSC approved for international transport and fully comply with relevant ISO standards, ensuring global compatibility and reliability.
