Installation & Delivery Information (VIC Only):
This product is available in Victoria only. A minimum 550mm clearance is required above all tanks for service, cleaning, and warranty purposes.
Installation Options:
- Concrete Pad (Preferred): A 100mm thick slab with reinforcing mesh, at least 50mm larger than the tank on all sides. This option minimizes future erosion.
- Concrete Pavers: Pavers on a compacted and level crushed rock base, ensuring sufficient support to prevent sinking over time.
Delivery Notes:
- Delivery is via a light truck with a tandem trailer.
- Assistance is required for unloading: For tanks up to 9000 liters, one extra person is needed on-site to help unload and move the tank into position. Larger sizes require a minimum of two extra people.
- Ensure your property is clearly numbered or provide a map for the driver.
- Access to the tank site must be free from overhead obstructions (e.g., power lines, tree branches).
- Driveways and access roads require a 4.5m height clearance and sufficient width (our vehicle is 3m wide, 16m long, and up to 4.5m high with a full load).
- The delivery site must be dry and firm to prevent vehicle sliding or sinking.
- Ensure the delivery site is safe and free from risk of damage to persons, product, or property.
- Once installed, add at least 50mm of water to the tank or tie it down if in an exposed area to prevent it from blowing away. We are not responsible for tanks damaged in this manner.
- We install the threaded fittings, but you or a plumber will need to install the valves using Teflon tape or a similar sealant before filling the tank.
